The Terms and Conditions set forth herein reflect Shukur Mobile Detailing Services LLC policy with respect to each of it’s

customers. All customers of Shukur Mobile Detailing agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

Booking Terms & Conditions

• Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any

type of detailing

• Shukur Mobile Detailing LLC will not accept any liability for any loss to any personal belongings contained inside of the

vehicle or to the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area and if you feel

otherwise please communicate your concerns with our technicians.

• We will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, sometimes situations can occur that

will disrupt the daily schedule. Our safety will never be compromised by rushing to meet a schedule. You will be called

and advised of an arrival time when schedules change beyond our control.

Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing

type.

• Shukur Mobile Detailing LLC. will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any

circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered!

Operating & Moving Your Vehicle

Customer will give Shukur Mobile Detailing LLC access to the vehicle during the detail job and any additional mutually

agreed upon times. Please make sure the keys to the vehicle are available to us. This document insures that you

authorize us to operate and to move your vehicle, as necessary to do so determined by our Shukur Mobile Detailing LLC

technician.

Time Limits
All detail jobs have specified time limits. Timekeeping will be performed at the discretion of your assigned Shukur Mobile Detailing LLC  technician. 

Access to Water & Electricity

We provide our own water and electricity for our mobile detailing services, and may request access to such resources in

case of equipment failure.

Inclement Weather Policy

It is the customer's responsibility to check the weather forecast before booking an appointment. If a customer schedules

an appointment and inclement weather is forecasted, it is understood that proceeding with the appointment may result in

unsatisfactory detailing outcomes. The customer acknowledges that they agreed to a detail during inclement weather

conditions.

In Central Texas we understand the weather can change hour by hour and for this reason we allow for same day

cancellations based on weather conditions.

If inclement weather occurs within one week following a completed service, the Company is not liable for any damage or

dirt caused by the weather. We encourage customers to consider weather conditions when booking appointments and to

contact us promptly if they wish to reschedule due to inclement weather forecasts.

Photo and Video Usage

By agreeing to our services, customers allow the Company to use before & after photos and videos taken during the

detailing appointment for marketing purposes. These may include but are not limited to social media posts,

advertisements, print campaigns, email campaigns, etc.

Marketing Communication

Phone numbers and email addresses provided by customers will be used for internal marketing purposes and will NOT be

shared with third-party. Customers have the right to opt out of the Company internal marketing.

Pricing Terms & Conditions

• Our prices are based on detailing type and condition of the vehicle and will be advertised as a FROM price.

• Shukur Mobile Detailing LLC reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition and the customer

location.

Pet Hair Add-On

Removing pet hair can be very difficult and time consuming. Customers have the option to select a pet hair add-on when

booking detailing services or at the start of their service for an additional cost. If the pet hair add-on is not selected, and

our detailers arrive to find the vehicles covered in pet hair, the Company reserves the right to not spend extensive time

cleaning it. The Company is not responsible for pet hair removal in such cases.

Payment Terms & Conditions

The Customer agrees to pay Shukur Mobile Detailing LLC in full when the service is complete, Unless otherwise agreed in

advance in writing. You authorize Shukur Mobile Detailing LLC to charge the credit card on file if no cash or check

payment is received. All outstanding invoices 14 days and over are subject to a late payment fee of $25 daily plus any

outstanding balance. If no payment is received immediately after service is completed, the customer authorizes Shukur

Mobile Detailing LLC to charge the customer’s credit card in the full amount of the invoice.

Gift Certificates 

• For payer verification purposes, Gift Certificates have a 48 hours holding period before they can be redeemed for services.

• Gift Certificates can only be used once per vehicle per service.

• Gift certificates can not be combined or redeemed with any other additional discounts, coupons, or promotions.

• The final price for services rendered may exceed the value of this gift certificate.

• Additional charges may apply to the redeemer if they choose a package that exceeds the cash value of their gift certificate.

• Additional surcharges for excessive pet hair, biological waste, other hazardous materials, larger vehicles, excessive damage, or other issues may apply.

• Gift certificates reflect a cash value. Prices for services may adjust due to seasonality, location, inflation, or demand.

• Any balances for services ordered are due at time of service and do not include additional services, tax, or gratuity.

• In the event the redeemer is not covered by Shukur Mobile Detailing LLC network a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at time of purchase.

• After 6 months of non-use the gift certificate will be expired and it's non-refundable.

• Customer and redeemer has the right to call and extend the gift certaficate expirestion date. within 6 months from orginal purchased date other wise gift certificate will be expired. 

Cancellation Policy

Shukur Mobile Detailing LLC

Understands things can come up unexpectedly.

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or

reschedule any appointments.

Shukur Mobile Detailing LLC requests that all cancellations or

requests to reschedule be made at least 72 hours prior to scheduled appointment time.

Agreement

I HAVE FULLY READ THIS DOCUMENT “SHUKUR MOBILE DETAILING LLC.

Terms and Conditions of Service” AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I FURTHER

UNDERSTAND THAT BY BOOKING ONLINE/OFFLINE, MAKING AN APPOINTMENT BY PHONE, OR IN PERSON, I

VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER AND DISCHARGE “SHUKUR MOBILE DETAILING LLC” AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES,

MEMBERS, STAFF, AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND AGREE TO

VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST

“SHUKUR MOBILE DETAILING LLC” FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
